LICENCE FEES & CHARGES
Applicable to all Licensees, hirers, stand holders, exhibitors and their contractors, sub-contractors, agents and servants. Please request the complete Schedule of Licence Fees and Charges from the Marketing Executive in charge of bookings.
This Schedule of Licence Fees and Charges is subject to revision or addition at any time. Details of any revision or addition can be obtained from the Licensor.
SCHEDULE OF LICENCE FEES & CHARGES.
(a) Public Exhibitions & Trade Shows.
Licence Fees are charged on the basis of per SQ M gross hall space per day for Exhibition Hall 1 (7,677 SQ M) and Exhibition Hall 2 (6,181 SQ M) or any part thereof described as Licenced Area :

Any approved international Exhibition strictly for Trade visitors is entitled to a 25% discount for the
above quoted Licence Fee only.
| Payment Schedule - Exhibitions and Trade Shows.
The Licence Fees are payable in accordance with the following payment schedule :
First Payment : 10% of the Licence Fees due at the time of signing the Licence Agreement, but no later than 12 months before the first day of the Licence Period;
Second Payment : 50% of the Licence Fees less First Payment due no later than six (6) months prior to the first day of the Licence Period;
Final Payment : 100% of the Licence Fees less any amount already paid in accordance with the above Payment Schedule is due and payable prior to six (6) weeks from the first day of the Licence Period. |
Cancellation Fees - Applicable to all Licence Periods.
The Licensee has the right to cancel the Exhibition or Function by written notice to the Licensor upon payment of cancellation charges as set out hereunder :
- 10% of the Licence Fees due if cancellation takes place more than one (1) year prior to the first day of the Licence Period;
- 50% of the Licence Fees due if cancellation takes place more than six (6) months but less than one
(1) year prior to the first day of the Licence Period;
- 100% of the Licence Fees due if cancellation take place six (6) months or less prior to the first day of the Licence Period.
(b) Functions, i.e., Conventions, Cultural, Entertainment, etc.
Licence Fees are charged as Unit Rates per day for the following :

(c) Conference Suites, Meeting Rooms, other Meeting Facilities.
Licence Fees are charged as Unit Rates per day for the following :

Payment Schedule - Conference Suites and other Meeting Facilities.
If to be used in conjunction with any Exhibition or Trade Show - Full payment at the time of signing the Licence Agreement.

(d) (i) Convention Centre.

The Licence Fee * is equivalent to the Unit Rate per day for the following convention facilities irrespective of whether or not the Convention Facility is used in conjunction with an Exhibition in Hall 1 &/or 2 or is independently utilised : |

Payment Schedule – Convention Centre & All Other
Meeting Facilities.
Full settlement of rental and Public Liability Insurance fees due for the Convention Centre and all other meeting facilites should be made at the time the Licensee signs the Licence Agreement with the Licensor.

Cafeteria & Restaurant Facilities – Convention Centre.
Daily rate per Unit (Approx. equivalent in US$) : BD 60/= (US$ 160/=)
Payment Schedule.
Full settlement of rental fees must be made at the time of signing the Licence Agreement or Application Form where applicable. |
PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE.
The Licensor reserves the right to collect an Insurance Premium per day of the License Period (inclusive of build-up days, event days and dismantling days) from the Licensee based on the following :
