CEO of BTEA Receives Tunisian Ambassador

The Chief Executive Officer of Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BTEA), H.E. Shaikh Khaled bin Humood Al Khalifa, received the Ambassador of the Republic of Tunisia to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Mr. Mohammed Bin Yousif, on the 10th of January 2018.
The meeting was also attended by the Director of Handicrafts Directorate at BTEA, Shaikha Wafa Saif Al Khalifa, and Assistant General Manager of the Chamber of Traditional Industries, Mr. Khalil Al Shatti.
The meeting served to discuss ways of strengthening cooperation between the Kingdom of Bahrain and Tunis in the field of traditional industries, where Bahrain will be hosting 20 craftsmen during the Bahraini-Tunisian Week for 2018.
H.E. Shaikh Khaled bin Humood Al Khalifa stressed on the importance of enhancing cooperation and bilateral relations between the two countries, especially in the field of crafts and traditional industries, which the BTEA seeks to preserve for future generations by hosting various workshops throughout the year.
The Tunisian Ambassador expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome and affirmed his commitment to strengthen relations between both countries and further explore other bilateral initiatives.
